By creating an account, joining our waitlist, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate draft replies and message suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated replies before they are sent.
• We are not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content that you choose to send.
• The AI learns from your communication patterns to improve suggestions, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and messaging services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding your personal data), is owned by ReplAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal data and communications. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If applicable:

• Subscription fees and billing cycles will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
